Memory Foam Sleeper Inside

“Memory Foam Sleeper Inside” is a response to PRP’s living room gallery. Ramirez proposes that certain materials retain memory either physically or through personal experience. Through the adaptation of materials such as loofahs , drywall texture and found objects like “Carpetshoes”, Ramirez explores a vernacular language. This language references the history of the gallery as well as his own personal history.
